POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION
The employee will provide subject matter expertise to the USAFSAM Department of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM/FE), specifically the Aerospace Medicine Studies and Analysis Division (FES), Operational Support Team (FESO).
FESO supports Base Operational Support Teams in the field and is responsible for:
Program development and oversight
Data analysis and dashboard creation for musculoskeletal and mental health risk (down to the squadron level)
Education, training, and consultative support
Managing the Integrated Operational Support (IOS) training course at USAFSAM
Conducting data audits, research, and program evaluation
This requirement provides analyst research support within FESO to assist with studies, analysis, and reporting requirements.
