South Plains Electric Cooperative is accepting applications for a Full-time End-User Support Supervisor in our IT department. End-User Support Supervisor will Provide technology support, on-site and/or remotely, for end user computing devices, allowing employees to remain productive. Responsibilities: Provide daily leadership to other I.T. support analysts, in order to reach service level goals. Support for hardware and software within the end-user computing systems to include desktops, laptops, printers, desk phones, and mobile devices. Manage all end user devices from installation to retiring of the device. Manage end user system accounts Manage and proactively ensure A/V services in conference rooms across all office locations are operating effectively. Assist with training of end users on new software. Assist with documentation for end users. Escalate issues, as needed, to ensure resolution. Knowledge Required: Computer Literate Modern Device Management (MDM) Knowledge of other related business software and its use in the overall office environment. Licenses & Certificates: Valid Texas Driver's License Physical Qualifications: Ability to lift 50lbs. Sit or stand for long periods of time Bend, stretch, twist and reach out Ability to operate a motor vehicle Education Requirements Technology related degree – preferred Equivalent work experience – 5+ years Pay is commensurate with experience. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
