We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer (mid-weight) to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a blend of brand, digital and offline work. This role requires a designer who not only has exceptional visual design skills but also at least a foundational understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to create effective and user-centric designs.
You will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets across a wide range of media, from digital marketing campaigns to print collateral. You will work closely with the marketing team, to bring our brand to life and achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution:
• Create high-quality design assets for both digital platforms (e.g., social media graphics, website banners, email templates, digital ads) and offline materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, event signage, print ads).
• Maintain and evolve the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
• Work from concept to completion, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
