Quality Leader Metal Industry en Fort Lauderdale

We are looking for a highly qualified Quality Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting WIP, inbound, and outbound parts, as well as preparing detailed reports on quality control inspections, corrective actions, and trend analyses.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections and prepare accurate reports.

- Communicate results to management using effective technical narratives, graphs, and charts.

- Establish and manage quality KPIs for continuous improvement.

- Measure Total Cost of Quality (TCQ) and identify opportunities for reduction.

- Interact directly with customers to resolve issues and articulate status.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience in mass metal fabrication, preferably in the sheet metal industry.

- Knowledge of ISO-9000 and AS9100 systems.

- Familiarity with core quality tools (First Article inspection, PPAP).

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Requirements:

- BS in Engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 7 years in quality, preferably in Quality Engineering or Quality Manager roles.

- Experience in high-volume metal fabrication operations.
