Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Northgate Assisted Living, Tomball, TX

Salary: $72,571/year

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Requirements:

BSN or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in post-acute/long-term care
Current RN license in Texas and CPR certification

Duties:

Provide nursing care, assist with medication, and coordinate patient care
Monitor vital signs, assist with daily activities, and review medication records
