Project Supervisor

We’re hiring a Residential Construction Project Supervisor

We’re looking for someone to run projects on site and help us keep things organized, moving, and built the right way.

At LEAM Design Build, we handle both the design and construction of custom homes and remodels. That means our projects are very hands-on, and we care a lot about details, coordination, and making sure everything is done correctly from start to finish.

This role is mainly focused on site supervision, coordinating trades, keeping track of progress, making sure work is done properly, and on schedule.

What we’re looking for:
* Someone organized who can keep track of multiple trades and tasks
* Strong sense of responsibility, someone who follows through
* Experience in residential construction (custom homes or remodels preferred)
* Good communication with subs, clients, and our internal team
* Attention to detail - We care about how things are built, not just getting them done
* Ability to solve problems on site and keep things moving

We’re a growing company, so this position can evolve into a larger role over time for the right person.
