🗓️ Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
💵 Pay: $19–$20/hr (Depending on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including Drivers, Helpers, Laundry, Kitchen, and Front Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate operations across all departments
Lead and motivate department staff while ensuring company standards are met
Enforce policies while remaining supportive and empathetic
Ensure smooth day-to-day logistics and workflow
Communicate effectively with team members and upper management
Address challenges with professionalism and clear direction
Handle multitasking with strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of management experience, preferably in a similar multi-department setting
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
