ABBA International Transportation is hiring Truckyard Entrance/Exit Guards to work at our Otay Mesa location.
As a Truckyard Entrance/Exit Guard, you will be responsible for:
- Performing and documenting inspections on all vehicles and equipment entering and exiting the yard.
- Screening and documenting all visitors, and escorting them as necessary.
- Providing dispatch documentation to our drivers when they leave, and collecting appropriate documentation upon their return.
- Updating dispatch information in the appropriate software.
- Conducting rounds and inspections within the yard.
- Coordinating the movement of people and equipment within the yard.
- Monitoring security camera feeds.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Strong attention to detail a must.
- Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
- Shifts may rotate according to scheduling needs.
- This is an UNARMED ONLY position.
