•Job Description:

Leslye Pet Grooming is seeking a bilingual receptionist with excellent English and Spanish skills (spoken and written) to join our team. We are looking for someone organized, responsible, and passionate about animal care.

•Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
Schedule and coordinate appointments for groomers
Respond to messages and provide high-quality customer service
Take dogs out as needed
Maintain cleanliness of kennels and the facility

•Requirements:

Fluent/professional English and Spanish (required)

Previous customer service experience
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Punctual and reliable
Love and patience for animals
Ability to work well in a team
