We Are Looking for a New Director for Our Preschool!


Are you a dynamic leader with exceptional management skills and a passion for early childhood education? If you have the ability to inspire a team, efficiently manage daily operations, and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, we want to meet you!


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve our programs and services.
• Manage all daily operations, enrollments, and the maintenance of facilities.
• Create and manage schedules for teachers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, keep licenses up to date, and maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with parents, providing top-quality customer service.
• Have a deep understanding of our curriculum and apply it across all areas.
• Build positive relationships with staff, parents, and the community, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including updating and maintaining student and staff records.


Requirements:


• Fluent communication in both English and Spanish.
• Director credencial
• Previous experience in managing educational centers or similar.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Commitment to the personal and professional development of the team.
