Position Available: Insurance Assistant Manager
Location: Coral Gables

We are seeking a qualified Insurance Assistant Manager with comprehensive experience across multiple insurance lines to support our Coral Gables office.

Compensation: $23 – $25 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support daily operations of the insurance office
Assist clients with policy inquiries and coverage options
Manage, mentor, and guide team members to achieve performance goals
Handle a diverse portfolio of insurance lines including Homeowners, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, and General Liability
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing insurance lines including Homeowners, Workers’ Compensation, Auto, and General Liability
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
