Career Opportunity: Licensed Insurance Representative (4-40)
Location: Westchester, Miami, FL. Compensation: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour + Commission Structure (commensurate with experience and technical proficiency).

Position Overview
Our insurance firm in the Westchester area is seeking a licensed 4-40 Customer Representative to join our operational and sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of underwriting protocols and a strategic focus on client retention and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies
Portfolio Administration: Comprehensive management of Personal Lines (Auto, Home) and/or Commercial Lines policies.
Technical Advisory: Coverage analysis, processing of endorsements, renewals, and new business applications.
Service Excellence: Resolution of technical inquiries and claims support, maintaining high standards of professional communication.
Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to serve a diverse market.
Schedule Specifications
Standard Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
Additional Availability: One Saturday per month, 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM.
Mandatory Requirements
Professional Licensing: Active and valid Florida 4-40 License.
Industry Experience: Proven track record in the insurance sector, specifically within personal or commercial lines of business.
