Outside Appointed Director

AgCountry Farm Credit Services is accepting applications from qualified candidates interested in serving as an Outside Appointed Director for its cooperative Board. This role will serve as a part of a team dedicated to the exceptional governance of a $12B asset cooperative that serves agriculture and rural America. Our geographical footprint covers 40+ retail branch offices across North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. This role works as part of a team that supports the mission, vision and values of AgCountry and by extension, the Farm Credit System. AgCountrys Board of Directors seeks an experienced, diverse, collaborative, and active Director, with: * Expertise in finance, accounting, business management, technology, human resources, and/or risk management. * Willingness and ability to provide an outside perspective at Board meetings. * Other outside business and life experiences add to the diversity and strength of the Board. Outside appointed directors are appointed for a 4-year term by the Board and can expect to spend approximately 25-35 days per year focused on Association responsibilities and activities.
