• Monday -Friday (12 pm noon -8 pm)
• Pay: $21.50-$24.50

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Production: Correctly record all IP processes in our ERP system (Stratix) and all written requirements of the work orders. Understand efficient utilization of equipment. Actively take part in “in-process” inspections. Meet all daily scheduled requirements. Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Equipment: Perform maintenance programs including daily checklists. Understand the capacity within the machines they operate. Maintain operational efficiencies.
• Tools & Supplies: Utilize and maintain the tools provided for the individual operations of their equipment. Control consumables such as abrasive and mixing tubes etc.
• Inventory Control: Comprehends all inventory control, traceability, yield, inventory processes, and scrap generation and maintains accurate and orderly storage of products. Adheres to all best practices per the company policies.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Technical Skills: Must have a full understanding of all operational equipment in their area. Possess an overall working knowledge of our ERP system (Stratix). Ability to process any work order through the entire operational process for their area.
• Communications Skills: Actively communicate with lead person, supervisors, and other operators in their area, as to their role in maintaining full compliance with every work order. Control quality rejections and non-conformities by using best practices. Consistent professional and written communications with the supervisors and other operators in the shop, on all subjects that pertain to the overall performance of the division's operational responsibilities within their area.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assist in the implementation of procedures aimed at reducing rejection rates. Ability to work with other personnel. Must be able to assist in the root cause analysis for all issues in their area.
• Must have a working knowledge of OMAX water jets.
• Must be familiar with water jet cutting qualities, the use of Consumables, and Machine Setup.
• Must be capable of reading a Tape Measure and Understand Fractions and Decimals.
• Must be Forklift Certified or have been certified within the last two years.
• Must be able to perform basic Math, Add, Subtract, and Divide.
