Shift: 2nd Shift 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Monday to Friday.

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team on the 2nd shift. This position involves general labor duties and foam assembly tasks, supporting the production of foam-based products or components. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual labor tasks including moving, lifting, and positioning materials
Assemble foam products or components using hand tools, adhesives, or machines
Inspect foam parts for quality and consistency
Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, or assembly instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in packaging and labeling finished products
Report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Support other production tasks as needed

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic math and measurement skills
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Must be able to work the full 2nd shift schedule
Reliable transportation and good attendance record

May require wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
