Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, completing work orders efficiently, and ensuring facilities and equipment remain in safe working condition.

Pay Rate: $18–$22 per hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule with on-call availability as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues involving machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Perform repairs and general maintenance on facility structures and equipment.
• Complete assigned work orders and repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assess and estimate the time and materials required for maintenance projects and repairs.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Prepare, paint, and maintain both interior and exterior areas of company facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of facility restrooms.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50+ pounds.
• Strong safety awareness and full physical mobility to perform job duties.
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese is preferred but not required.
