⏰ Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday
💰 Pay Rate: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year (Salary)
✅ Requirement: Forklift Certification

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and implement organizational policies and goals
✔ Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
✔ Coordinate repairs and facility maintenance
✔ Analyze department budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
✔ Collaborate with production supervisors to assess operational performance
✔ Direct policy and operational changes as needed
✔ Represent the organization in industry and trade associations
✔ Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
📌 Education & Experience:
• College degree or equivalent experience
• 4–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or management
📌 Skills Required:
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to interpret technical reports, financial documents, and regulations
• Strong mathematical skills, including statistical analysis and budgeting
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams, top management, and clients
