Job Details:
Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 am - 5:00 pm), Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends)
Position: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18/hr
Bilingual: Preferred
Responsibilities:
Food & Equipment Safety: Report daily food safety, food quality, employee safety, and equipment issues to the Plant Lead Operator or immediate supervisor.
Equipment & Setup: Understand equipment functions, standard operating procedures, and safety policies. Set up materials, equipment, and tools for smooth operation.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean, wash, and sterilize equipment using the Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) system.
Packaging & Warehouse Duties: May assist in packing products in the warehouse, following company procedures and safety rules.
Production Monitoring: Observe ingredients and product characteristics to ensure correct operations. Record required production data.
Product Inspection: Ensure final products meet company quality standards and are packaged according to specifications.
Trash Disposal: Collect and dispose of trash during the production process.
Ice Block Monitoring: Ensure the proper condition of the block ice for continuous production and report production volume and usage.
