As a Packaging Associate, you will play a crucial role in packaging nutraceutical products, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. This hands-on role offers valuable experience in a thriving industry focused on health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Packaging: Safely and accurately package nutraceutical products, ensuring they are properly sealed, labeled, and prepared for distribution.
✔ Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards before packaging.
✔ Product Handling: Carefully manage raw materials and finished products to prevent damage or contamination.
✔ Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized workspace, following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
✔ Production Support: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet packaging deadlines efficiently.
✔ Inventory Assistance: Monitor packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishment.
✔ Safety: Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards immediately.

Qualifications:
🔹 Experience: Prior packaging experience or a background in manufacturing or food production is a plus.
🔹 Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
🔹 Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and support team goals.
🔹 Positive Attitude: Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and contribute to a positive work environment.
🔹 Compliance: Understanding of basic safety practices and the ability to follow established procedures.
🔹 Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
