New View Staffing is seeking a Stick Pack Machine Operator to join our client’s growing nutraceutical manufacturing team! If you have experience in machine operation, attention to detail, and a passion for quality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
✔️ Set up, operate, and troubleshoot stick pack machines
✔️ Ensure proper packaging of nutraceutical products per company standards
✔️ Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
✔️ Conduct quality checks to maintain product consistency
✔️ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✔️ Follow safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines

Qualifications:
✅ Experience operating stick pack or similar packaging machines (preferred)
✅ Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations (a plus)
✅ Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
✅ Team player with good communication skills
✅ Must be authorized to work in the United States
✅ Must be able to speak and write in English
