Wow Party Rental, Inc., located in La Mirada, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to work part-time to full-time. Starting wage is $18-20 an hour for a six month preliminary period, after which, performance reviews will cause wage increases to a set amount through the office manager. ($18 - $20)
The company WOW Party Rental, Inc. rents out party rental equipment to the Cities, Businesses, Schools and Churches or to individuals who have parties at their homes or park.
We are looking for individuals who:
Can be professional over the phone while speaking to clientele.
Have the ability to work under pressure and are accountable.
Have a friendly personality and enjoys coming to work everyday on time.
Have the ability to resolve customer issues and de-escalate situations.
Can take customer orders over the phone or in person, and data entry into a database for delivery or customer pick up.
Have the ability to enter online orders into a database for delivery or customer pick up.
Are meticulous in their work and are able to keep mistakes to a minimum.
Are able to review a customers delivery information and confirm all the details needed.
Are able to collect cash and process credit cards.

Are able to take in-bound calls and make out-bound calls to and from customers.
Are able to work with drivers over the telephone or in person.
Are able to communicate with warehouse workers if need be.
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish / English)
