Position Details:

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $67.50/hour
Requirements:
Bilingual
Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience

Job Description:
The Human Resource Manager will oversee essential HR functions, including:

Managing turnover, recruiting, payroll, and benefits administration
Driving positive employee relations
Ensuring compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment
Developing and promoting a culture of safety by training employees on company safety policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
Experience: Proficiency in safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet/intranet systems
