Onsite- Account Representative

EMPIRE WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS- ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE FOR OUR CLIENT IN THE CITY OF FULLERTON.

SHIFT HOURS: 8 AM-5 PM

(MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START AT 6:30 AM-7 AM AS NEEDED)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated On-Site Representative to join our team onsite at our Fullerton location. This role requires daily physical presence at the office/worksite to collaborate with the team, support operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Be physically present at the worksite during scheduled hours

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors in person

· Sourcing candidates for open requisitions

· Payroll duties

· Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

· Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

· Conduct weekly walkthroughs, weekly safety reports

· Follow company policies and onsite safety procedures

· Assist with additional duties as needed

Requirements

· Must be able to work onsite at our Fullerton location

· Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

· 1-3 years of experience in the staffing industry, preferred

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to lift 10-30 lbs. (if applicable)

· Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Bullhorn system (a plus)
