Floor Tech Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Floor Tech Specialist responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and restoring various types of flooring at assigned locations. This role requires traveling between sites and performing specialized floor care to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Responsibilities
Strip, wax, buff, and polish floors (vinyl, tile, laminate, etc.)
Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and burnishers
Clean and maintain carpets using appropriate equipment and solutions
Perform deep cleaning and spot treatments as needed
Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling
Travel to multiple locations according to assigned routes
Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns

Requirements
Previous floor care or janitorial experience preferred
Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning products
Ability to work independently and follow schedules
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
