Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

✔ Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on production and facility equipment.
✔ Diagnose and repair faulty machinery in a timely and safe manner.
✔ Apply knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
✔ Inspect completed work for proper assembly and safety compliance.
✔ Maintain accurate service and preventive maintenance records.
✔ Foster teamwork and effective communication with company staff and vendors.
✔ Follow all safety, hazmat, and material handling regulations.
✔ Adjust work schedules based on production demands.

Qualifications:

🔹 Ability to read schematics, hydraulic, pneumatic, and machine drawings.
🔹 Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and prevent equipment failures.
🔹 Proficiency in reading and following technical documents and safety guidelines.
🔹 Strong mathematical skills, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and measurements.
🔹 Bilingual in Spanish is a BIG PLUS!

Skills & Certifications:

✅ Technical experience or industry-related training preferred.
✅ Forklift Certification required.
