Job Description:
Handles necessary repairs and maintenance
Report any issues to the manager or clients
Responds to repair and maintenance requests promptly

Collaborates with the maintenance team, contractors as needed, and the head office team.
Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools
English fluent (Spanish or Japanese language would be a plus but not required)
