Meet and greet applicants, associates, customers, vendors, and co-workers in person, over the phone, and via email with exceptional customer service. The Receptionist must possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include, but are not limited to, the following:
Interacts with applicants, associates, customers, vendors, and co-workers over the phone and in person.
Place associates calling in and informing them of their availability on the list and in the system.
Responds to all client communications (checks voicemail and email)
Ensures that client issues are dealt with efficiently, informing the corresponding parties of any problems that may arise.
Distribute payroll checks at the Branch location, verify the associate's identity, and sign the sign-off sheet.
Schedules meetings, interviews, and phone screens.
Collate materials relative to hiring, terminations, trainings, etc., maintaining all relevant files, and creating and running reports as needed.
Conducts new hire orientations, background checks, and drug and alcohol tests.
File the employee’s application and related documents
Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly working environment
Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
