Job Details:
• Shift: 1st Shift (Full Time)

• Pay Rate: $22-24/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreation spaces.
✔️Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors.
✔️Removes and disposes of trash from all areas.
✔️Cleaning and restocking the restrooms.
✔️Reorder cleaning supplies and equipment.
✔️Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
✔️Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
✔️Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with the security system vendor.
✔️Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for the Executive Team.
✔️Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.
✔️Collaborating with building owners and the Executive team on budgeting for facilities needs.
✔️Other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

☑️Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
☑️Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and safety regulations.
☑️Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
☑️Manage basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial duties.
☑️Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
☑️Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
☑️Knowledge in Facilities Management or a related field.
☑️Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing and walking for most of the shift, bending, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
