• Monday -Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)1hr lunch
• Pay: $24 -$28
• Temp to hire
• Will process and receive all ocean import documents. This will include review of the commercial invoice and packing list and associated pricing to ensure quantity and dollar amounts match the purchase order.
• Coordinate with overseas agents for sailing and document status
• Ideally, the candidate will have experience with ocean import shipments and associated documents.
• familiarity with any type of ERP software
• Familiarity with excel
• Data entry experience, organizational skills and strong attention to detail
