Commercial Plumber

Position Overview

We are a small but rapidly growing plumbing company looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Tenant Improvement (T.I.) Specialist Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, strong technical skills, and a dedication to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities

- Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.
- Install, modify, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, venting, and fixtures.
- Ensure all work meets current plumbing codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks to verify compliance and performance.
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, with a strong background in T.I. projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Solid understanding of local plumbing codes and industry best practices.
- Must have your own basic hand tools and trade-specific tools needed to perform daily duties.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
