- Experiance in reading and interpeting drawings, blueprints, sketches and other technical instructions
- Experience with troubleshooting equipment problems and design conflicts
- Experiance in welding techniques including SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW,OXY-ACETYLENE
- Experiance with plasma cutting and OXY-ACETYLENE cutting
- Experiance in various methods of cleaning and preparing materials
- Experiance in fixturing materials and fabrication of fixtures
- Experiance in using press breaks, nibblers, notchers
- Experiance using ssaws, shears, grinders, sanders
- Experiance using drill motors, drill presses
- Experiance inusing hand tools power tools
- ability to read and writye in english technical instructions
- Ability to work on multiple priorities with frequent interuptions
- ability to drive forklift
- ability to use hand and power tools and equipment
- ability to work with all levels of employees
- strong communication skills
