We are searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the owner
of Hotel Herrera — a growing hospitality group in Casco Antiguo, Panama. This is not an
ordinary admin role. This is a front-row seat to the building of something rare, fast-moving, and
high standard.
You’ll be trusted with details, decisions, and discretion. You’ll be expected to think critically,
move fast, and support with precision. And above all — you’ll be someone with initiative,
drive, and the hunger to learn and lead.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
• Fully bilingual (Spanish & English) — written and spoken
• University educated (Business, Communications, Admin or related)
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills
• Tech-comfortable: Google Suite, WhatsApp, calendar tools, task management platforms
Soft Skills:
• High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and integrity
• Independent thinker — takes initiative without needing step-by-step
• Learner mindset — wants to grow with the company, not just clock in/out
• Able to handle both structure and fluidity in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities Include:
• Daily coordination of owner’s calendar, priorities, and communications
• Drafting correspondence, organizing meetings, and following up with team leads
• Project support: tracking to-dos, sourcing vendors, writing basic reports
• Acting as a gatekeeper — filtering messages, requests, and schedules
• Occasionally assist with events, guest support, or document processing
