Requirements: Masters of Education, PA Special Education Supervisor's Cert., self-motivated, knowledge of special education procedures and regulations, ability to effectively lead staff, ability to supervise and evaluate staff in an effort to assist in professional growth, collaborative approach in creating schedules, strong communication skills.
