Duties & Responsibilities

Manufacture, assemble, or finish custom products according to specification
Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship standards
Follow production schedules
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Assist with packaging, inventory, or order preparation as needed
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written instructions and specifications
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in manufacturing, production Willingness to learn new skills and processes
Ability to stand, lift, or perform repetitive tasks as required by the position
