AISLE MASTER Forklift en Fontana

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and heavy equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of materials and products within the warehouse. This role requires a strong focus on safety, adherence to OSHA regulations, and proficiency in warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers, Aisle master for narrow spaces, to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Perform heavy lifting and loading/unloading of products from trucks and pallets.
Ensure accurate inventory management by utilizing the warehouse management system for tracking stock levels.
Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and other heavy equipment to ensure safe operation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet distribution goals.
Assist in training new operators on safe equipment operation and warehouse procedures.
Requirements:-
-Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
-Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and safety practices.
-Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by job duties.
-Knowledge of warehouse management systems is preferred.
-Experience with pallet jacks, clamp trucks, aisle master narrow and other heavy equipment is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
-Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety.
