GENERAL TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a qualified candidate with experience in inpecting PC's. Company is located in the city of Ontario CA.

Its a morning shift Monday-Friday 4am-12:30pm sometimes saturdays.

Below please find brieft description of job duties/ requirements:

Responsibilities :

o Receives inbound parts from cases created by Customer Service

o Tests parts using stress-testing software

o Receive part into virtual inventory system

o Communicate with customer service representatives to let them know the outcome of the testing and diagnosis accuracy

o Log and track any patterns of parts defects

o Visually scan and inspect parts for any cosmetic blemishes or deficiencies.

o Note and log any changes to products details

o Maintain, audit, count inventory in designated sectors as assigned by supervisors

o Assist in auditing received inventory against virtual records

o Test PCs using stress-testing software

o Receive PCs into virtual inventory system

· Other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

o Changing on a daily basis as required for the streamlined operation of the department

Prerequisites:

- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

- experience or skill in technology sector including small electronics and computer components

- proficiency in traversing and operating windows 10/11

- commitment, attention to detail and a desire to learn and expand knowledge in the computer industry

• English mandatory , Bilingual (es/en) preferred
