Monday-Friday 5:30AM-2:30PM
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for schedule and confirm truck appointments and check shipping status.
Assist with processing, verifying, and managing BOL’s, pick ticket and truck inspections.
Responsible for verifying accuracy of inbound and outbound documentation.
Support preparing packages for shipments using windows-based shipping systems.
Support with coordinating documentation for incoming freight to ensure swift movement of cargo.
Support Customer Service department with systematic data entry, reporting and customer. communication.
Responsible of entering shipment transactions/warehouse data in warehouse ERP system by following company procedures.
Responsible for maintaining shipping and receiving records, distributes data or reports summarizing warehouse activities.
Support with inventory controls as needed and keeping quality standards.
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
Detailed oriented and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred experience in food manufacturing company, logistics, or transportation.
Self-starter attitude and are able to work independently, performing well with time-sensitive tasks.
Detailed and organized while meeting customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and promote a team atmosphere.
