We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman Consultant to oversee field operations at an active job site in Torrance, California.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader experienced in managing crews and subcontractors in heavy construction projects.
Required Experience
Applicants must have proven field experience in:
Excavation and underground piping
Dirt backfilling and grading
Metal rebar installation
Concrete placement and finishing
Paver installation and epoxy applications
Qualifications
Strong leadership and crew supervision skills
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and labor teams
Experience enforcing safety and compliance standards
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
Knowledge of heavy construction equipment
Skilled in on-site problem-solving and decision-making
Understanding of materials, production flow, and logistics
Tech-savvy and organized — able to use email, WhatsApp, and send jobsite photos and updates
