What You’ll Do:

Master the Wok: Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese fusion and Sichuan dishes according to our signature recipes.

Ensure Excellence: Maintain high standards for food quality, portion control, and beautiful presentation.

Kitchen Care: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Teamwork: Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during our busy lunch and dinner rushes.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred, particularly with Chinese culinary techniques or wok cooking.

Reliability: A dependable team player who is punctual and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Skills: Strong knife skills and a deep respect for authentic ingredients.

Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 4-5 hours) and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Certification: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a valid Food Handler’s Card.
