Seeking a Full Time, Customer Service Processor located in the I.E.

Job Description

Our Inside customer service team processes incoming orders on the daily basis, preparing and submitting quotes, answers customer phone calls and resolves customer issues. The work requires strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.

*Work closely with outside Sales Representatives and office staff to provide an exceptional customer service experience.

*Timely and accurately processing of quotes & sales orders and checking on shipping status

*Must be able to follow-up during all stages and aspects of the sales cycle

*Collaborate with other departments when resolving customer issues related to sales, shipment and product operation.

* Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality.

Qualifications:

Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work individually and in team environment; to receive/implement feedback.

Positive can-do attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of ERP system. (not mandatory)

Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)

Processing Of Quotes & Sales

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience.

College degree preferred.

Legally authorized to work in U.S.

Ability to speak and translate English and Spanish
