Responsibilities:
Prepare and package candy products for shipment according to company standards and guidelines
Verify product quantities and quality before shipment
Label packages accurately and ensure proper documentation is completed
Coordinate with the warehouse team to organize and load outgoing shipments
Track shipments and update inventory records as necessary
Communicate with carriers and suppliers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized shipping area and adhere to safety regulations.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and managing inventory
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
