The Food Safety Senior General Manager will help develop, organize and supervise applications of the comprehensive quality and food safety programs for WCD. The Food Safety Senior General Manager will also formulate quality policies and programs and provide guidance and feedback to all WCD and WCD Kitchen operations. These programs will be designed to meet operational plans, customer expectations and regulatory governances. The Food Safety Senior General Manager would be required to conduct scheduled, as well as unannounced, internal inspections, audits and peer reviews at other DC and Kitchen operations. The Food Safety Senior General Manager will manage the QA/QC Team (QA GM, West Coast Regional, East Coast Regional and QA regional) with vision and purpose to adhere to all Food Safety guidelines and deliver on all initiated programs and QA/QC processes.
