CAR WASHER - (FULL-TIME) - NOW HIRING!!

40 hours/week | 2 days off/week.

Position Summary
The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all guests of our car wash facility. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure a quality car wash experience and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Major Essential Duties
• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Guide customers onto the car wash conveyor, ensuring their vehicle is properly aligned and prepared for the wash process.
• Provide information on our various car wash packages and upsell additional services as appropriate.
• Operate the car wash equipment efficiently and safely, adhering to all company guidelines and procedures.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance checks, notifying management of any issues or concerns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including the tunnel, equipment room, and customer areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, as well as daily cash handling and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive working environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring the well-being of customers, team members, and vehicles.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or car wash experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
