Position Title: Manager, Guest and Housing Operations About the University: Western Washington University, with over 16,000 students in seven colleges and the graduate school, is nationally recognized for its educational programs, students and faculty. About the Position : University Residences is a self-supporting, auxiliary enterprise with annual revenues in excess of $36 million. The Guest and Housing Operations program assures maximum occupancy and efficient configuration for Summer Conferences and Guest Housing for the system of 4,400 residence hall and apartment beds (comprised of 16 residence halls, and one apartment complex). Additionally, the Operations program ensures that residence hall and apartment desk operations are efficient, well managed and support the department and university mission. The manager serves as a member of the Occupancy, Communication, Administrative Services & Systems staff reporting to the Assistant Director. The Manager collaboratively provides administrative leadership and oversight for the Guest and Housing Operations program in affordable, safe and well-maintained University housing that supports participation in healthy, inclusive and sustainable communities where students invest in their academic success and personal growth.
