Olympia, Washington Office Assistant 2 (Working title: Advancement Coordinator) Position Purpose The position provides confidential administrative and office support to the Associate Director of Advancement Technology and Operations and supports the activities of Advancement in general. Responsibilities include serving as an office receptionist, responding to questions, coordinating meetings and events, collaborating with the Annual Giving team to reach stewardship and solicitation goals, data entry, and ensuring shared office supplies and equipment are available and maintained to meet the business needs of the unit. This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Advancement Technology and Operations. This is a full-time, overtime-eligible project position in Advancement on the Olympia Campus of The Evergreen State College. This project position is funded through December 31, 2024 and may be eligible for extension if funding continues to be available. Salary and Benefits: $2,792 – $3,593 per month of full-time work + excellent benefits including paid sick and vacation leave; paid campus holidays; a generous medical, dental, life, and disability insurance package; and a tuition waiver program.
