We have two supervisor positions available in the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP). These positions will fill an integral role in the Human Services Department. The Human Services Department mission is to help all persons meet their basic needs and develop their potential be providing timely, effective human services and building community. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of Snohomish County ECEAP (1500 slots via sixteen subcontracting agencies) including program development, state contract management, subcontract management (training, technical assistance, coaching and monitoring), fiscal management, and direct supervision. We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience and expertise in early learning, family support services, program development, and fiscal and contract management. Ideal candidates have demonstrated skill implementing best practices including equity, trauma informed, reflective supervision, coaching, etc. This work is completed in coordination with other Snohomish County Early Learning and Human Services programs. NOTE: Per Governor Inslee's Proclamation 21-14 (Download PDF reader) employees must be fully vaccinated.
