$22-$22.5 Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: Excellent entry-level opportunity for motivated graduates and degree-holders looking to launch a career in customer support, financial operations, or corporate automotive finance. This role focuses on delivering high-touch customer care, account administration, and resolution management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding vehicle finance accounts (approx. 60–100 calls daily).
2. Assist customers with routine account maintenance, including due date adjustments, contact updates, payment extensions, and portal support.
3. Identify underlying reasons for account delinquencies (2–29 days past due) and collaborate with clients to establish manageable payment solutions.
4. Calculate and provide payoff quotes directly to vehicle owners and automotive dealerships.
Maintain strong focus on qualitative satisfaction metrics and quantitative department performance goals.

Position Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideal for recent Westcliff graduates).
2. Language Skills: Professional bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
3. Communication: Outstanding verbal communication with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
4. Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to navigate digital systems and type accurately while engaging with callers.
5. Professional Attitude: High reliability, punctuality, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.

Schedule & Shift Availability:
1. Customer Service Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (rotating schedule).
2. Customer Accounts Shift: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Occasional Saturday shifts (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, overtime eligible).
