Job Title: Carpenter (Bilingual with tools) Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay rate $30.00 Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with experience in remodeling and repair projects. This position involves framing carpentry, working on various structures, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. A lot of the work will focus on fencing. Responsibilities: - Perform rough and finish carpentry, including door and moulding installation. - Handle remodeling tasks such as framing, hanging and finishing drywall, and installing bath fixtures. - Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials. - Assist with the repair of decks, patio covers, fences, and gates. - Follow blueprints and construction plans accurately. - Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Requirements: - Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. - Must have own hand and power tools (e.g., cordless drill, screwdriver, skill saw, etc.). - Lead-level experience in carpentry and remodeling is preferred. - Physical strength and stamina for lifting over 50 lbs and performing repetitive movements. - Reliable transportation.
