General Warehouse Worker

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour, depends on shift. Schedule: 6:00 AM & 7PM Shifts & days vary. Call to inquire. Days: 3-days 12hr. This position supports daily warehouse and distribution operations, including order picking, packing, product assembly, RF scanning, inventory support, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards. Job Duties & Responsibilities • Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently • Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment • Perform product assembly as required • Use RF scanners and handheld warehouse equipment to scan and track inventory • Follow Warehouse Management System (WMS) procedures • Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventories • Verify products and quantities for accuracy • Properly handle and store products to help prevent damage • Maintain required productivity and accuracy standards • Follow established company procedures and work instructions • Follow all warehouse safety policies and guidelines • Work cooperatively with supervisors and other warehouse associates • Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and organized work area Requirements & Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or production experience preferred • Order picking and packing experience is a plus • RF scanner or handheld scanning experience is preferred • Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy standards • Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions • Basic math skills required • Must successfully complete the Stord Simple Math Test Three versions of the test are available Candidates must successfully pass at least one version • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Dependable attendance and punctuality required • Must be able to follow all safety procedures and workplace policies Physical Requirements • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. • Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs., buddy lift • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift • Must be comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment Work Environment • This position is performed in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse • Indoor temperatures may fluctuate depending on the season and outside weather conditions • Fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment • Employees are expected to work safely, efficiently, and accurately throughout their shift We’re looking for candidates who are: • Reliable and punctual • Safety-focused • Productive and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Able to follow directions and warehouse procedures • Team-oriented with a positive work attitude • Committed to providing accurate, damage-free handling of customer products Apply today to be considered for this Warehouse Associate opportunity!
