Now Hiring: Housekeeper / Building Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our multi-property residential buildings.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the exterior areas of multiple residential properties.

• Clean laundry rooms and keep them neat and organized.

• Sweep, remove trash, and maintain common areas as needed.

• Check properties for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.

• Notify management of building damage, safety concerns, or other issues.

• Travel between assigned properties throughout the workday.

• Complete daily cleaning tasks and maintain a professional appearance at all properties.

Requirements

• Valid California driver's license.

• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple properties.

• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning tasks.

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.

• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and sweeping.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Hours: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Location: Multiple residential properties.
